Symphony of Steam

A positive influence on world culture through creative media and arts

For over a century from the mid 1800’s steam locomotives carried the expansion of the industrial world. They were called the ‘Iron Horse’ and although they were dirty, smelly and noisy, they became a part of everyday life, until around 50 years ago when most were cut up by scrap merchants. ‘Symphony of Steam’ is a visual testimony to the glory of steam locomotives and our way of supporting & encouraging the people & organisations that keep steam alive today.
